Abstract EN

This research aims at assessing what is known as the Revolution of Higher-Education, using a historical, descriptive & comparative methodologies in tracing the impacts of policies on some educational indicators as the quality of graduates, economic indicators as the levels of employment and the rates of unemployment in addition to the impacts On the labor market and its requirements.

The research also threw some lights on some social sicknesses that resulted from the aggravation of unemployment.

The resaarch also focuses on assessing some mechanisms & projects which have been established to absorb the negative effects expected as a result of the expansion in the higher education institutions.

The research is concluded by some results and recommendations.
