Abstract EN

The research aimed to build local norms to the personality test for children at the South Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman, to achieve this some of the standard characteristics of the test had measured such us test validity which had been verified in a (Face validity) and the (Structures' validity) methods and reliability of the test using (Test-Retest) method where the Reliability coefficient of the first part (0.81) and the second part (0.83) and test a whole (0.85) and coefficient of internal consistency through the split – half method ,using (Pearson correlation coefficient) and after correcting the correlation coefficient using the equation Spearman - Brown corrective and after the application of the test on a random sample of students in fifth and sixth grades of the foundation schools for the South Batinah region reached size (696) male and female students, (325) of theme males and (371) female, the equivalent of (0.23) the size of the research community.

The significant of averages had calculated using the (T.

test for one sample), and after ascertaining the absence of moral differences between average levels of male and female samples average completes the Norm of T.

score and the Norm of (Percentile Ranks.

According to that the Research recommend the following : 1.

Using the current test to measure the internal and external adaptation of the fifth and sixth levels' students of South Batinah region in Oman.

Organize a training workshops for teachers and social workers to be trained to apply the current test and to interpretation the results.
