Abstract EN

Folk protests, which take place in some Arab countries, has created several important questions as well as a very wide variation in the view points of the observers, thinkers and researchers, about these events and the regional and international eÂects involved in them.

Some additional factors complicate the situation due to the dramatic results of the Americans’ occupation in Iraq (a*er sharply sectarian and ethnic splitting as well as failure of the rebuilding of the state according to the Americanized democracy) and the visible disagreement about the feature between the political and social leaders in these countries.

Because of all of these problems, it is very important today to study the nature of con~icts, resulting of the changes in these societies according to a scientiÃc analyse of the politic and social structure of these societies.

Áese studies are also important to suggest the safety strategy that avoids the feature of these countries of any risks.

Áe continual development of the events requires also more accurate analysis and careful assessment of the external factors role which is still considered only as positive eÂect.
