Abstract EN

Fuzzy Logic was adopted in the formulation of the logic of a computer bug, laid founded on mathematical and logical algorithms employed whereby standards adopted in assessing the performance of knowledge organization in the digital environment Arabic.

Addressing the template proposed study the impact of: cognitive environment, and space knowledge, and knowledge societies, knowledge and processes prevailing as inputs affect the efficient performance.

Having formulated a set of rules for determining the parameters of logical relationships between variables resident addressed by the study, and determine its implications for the efficient functioning of the knowledge .

Results showed that reached template sports / logical that the efficient functioning of the knowledge is still far from the levels reached by their counterparts in developed countries (ranging from 35-60%).
