Abstract EN

This study evaluated Foreign Students Office at the University of Jordan.

A social survey method was used through a questionnaire.

The questionnaire included a group of questions and statements designed according to Likert Scale with five response categories which deal with respondents' position with respects to two components; "Office Management" and "Office Activities." Data were gathered from 91 foreign students receiving services from the office and representing 4% of the size of foreign students attending the university.

Data were analyzed by using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).

Many statistical techniques were used including Cornobach's Alpha to measure the internal consistency of items of the scale used, descriptive statistics including percentages, means, and standard deviation, and One-Way ANOVA analysis to test statistical differences between means of variables' categories.

The level of significance was set at an alpha level of 0.05 or less.

Findings showed that the majority of respondents were males, singles, undergraduates, from the Gulf countries, and attending scientific colleges.

In response to students' positions, they were positive toward the office management with a mean value of 4.O., and activities of the office with a mean value of 4.43.

Finally, some recommendations were presented rlevant to findings of the study.
