Abstract EN

This Paper investigates the disscours of literary gener in the modem Arabic criticism .

It works on elucidating the attempts of the beginning of dis-scourshn the writings of anumber of pionurs hn this respect who pereeived a new imag of creativity in the various literary kinds.

Then the attempted to transfer this image to Arabic literature and critcism through focusing an the term and its meanings in the different literary gener ,such as drama , novel ,and story .

It also investigates the limit of applicabli-ty in these different literary genre and its conditions.
