Abstract EN

This paper aims to discern and analyze the methodological bases upon which the Qur’an based the notion of shared human issues, and the analysis of and reasoning behind these bases.

These bases fall into two categories: formative and legislative; they are both integrated in building the mutual principles and moral values among people regardless of their differences, in light of the Qur'anic intents.

The paper seeks to build bases for civilizational and cultural interaction, open avenues for broad cooperation in common issues, and marginalizes differences.
