هدف البحث دراسة جرعة أثر إصابة دجاج البيض تجريبيا بجرثومــة Listeria monocytogenes عن طريق الفم في بعض الصفات الدموية.
وزعت 45 دجاجة بياضه على ثلاث معاملات و كل معاملة إلى ثلاث مكررات (15 طير / 3 مكررات) حيث شملت T1 : مجموعة سيطرة سالبة و خالية من الإصابة، أما المعاملتين T2 وT3 فقد أصيب الدجاج فيهما بالجرثومة الضارية فمويا و بالجرعتين 1x1010 و 1x105 خلية / مل / دجاجة على التوالي.
أشارت نتائج الفحوصات الدموية إلى تفوق دجاج T1 على T2 و T3 معنويا في تركيز P.

و الهيموكلوبين و أعداد خلايا الدم الحمر بعد 6 أيام من الإصابة التجريبية لتختفي هذه الفروق بعد 35 يوم، في حين ظهرت الفروق المعنوية في أعداد خلايا الدم البيض بعد 9 أيام من الإصابة التجريبية و لم تتغير قيم تركيز البروتين الكلي إلا بعد 21 يوما من الإصابة لتنتهي بعد 42 يوم من الإصابة مع عدم ظهور فروق معنوية إحصائيا في تركيز حامض اليوريك.
