The study aims to identify the role of education policy at the national sense of belonging and how education affects the current in the promotion of national ownership and that by answering the following questions: - How education affects political participation and national belonging.

To answer these questions, there is a relationship between education and the educational political awareness, that withdraw to a large extent - the relationship of education to the educational political participation which represents in the domain of knowledge and moral to the educational participation, it creates a person's readiness and have raised for its support and belief towards the relations between education and participation of educational policy.

Most of the trends that make up the individual to source and support in the groups that belong to the individual of belonging and loyalty, adherence is to preserve the identity of the community and that is the values and traditions, customs and expressed as confirming the existence of any identity and speaking, and characterized by deepening affiliation the individual to his state.

For the educational work there are three dimensions in the field of the education of the democracy personal in the future: 1.

The educational philosophy for directing and leading the educational work, which interests in raising the democratic man.

The educational content, which considers the essence of the educational process and be linked to the concerns of learners and issues of life.

3.

The educational change that work on the learners experienced on the conscious and positive skills through the student organizations and the extracurricular activities.

Education is essential for social cohesion and national unity, and aimed at preparing the individual in a comprehensive and integrated preparation to become a good citizen who is able to balance between the rights and duties.

Citizenship is a sense of emotional connection with the land, members of society and the social relations that bind people together and does not verify the citizenship only if the citizen knows his rights and duties towards his society, citizenship has three dimensions : 1.

The sense of national belonging is the need to get a sense of the importance of his existence as a member feels safe , calm , self-confidence, competence and capacity in achievement and self-knowledge.

The rights of citizenship that the citizen has to offer the community the rights which consist of three categories: · Personal rights: - the right to life, liberty, dignity and the freedom of opinion and expression.

· The rights of specific groups: - the rights of women and children and the elderly and refugees.

· The Collective rights: - the right to self-determination, development and peace.
