دراسة مختبرية لتقويم فاعلية المبيد (spirodiclofen)‎ envidor 240SC على أدوار حلمة الحمضيات الشرقية eutetranychus orientalis(klein)‎ (acariformes tetranychidae)‎

Abstract EN

The Oriental Spider Mite Eutetranychus orientalis(Klein) on citrus is considered one of the important pests which attack citrus trees in Iraq.

This study was done to know the effect of pesticide Spirodiclofen the tardename "Envidor" on the Eutetranychus orientalis in the laboratory by using three different concentration (0.25, 0.50, 1.0)ml for all mite stages (eggs, larvae, nymphs and adults) on different period (1, 2, 3, 4))hours.

This experiment was done in a Laboratory of the Agriculture Collage/ Babylon University, during the period(15-8-2007 to 1-10-2007) and the temperature was(25±2)ºc, humidity(70-80)% and photo period to dark 12:12.

The results showed that there were significant different between the concentrations of the pesticide on mortality rate of all stages of the mites.

Also the statistical analysis showed significant differences between the concentrations (0.25, 0.50, 1.0)ml compared with control treatment P>0.05.

The Mortality rate was 100% for all growth stage of the mite specially the concentration (1.0)ml after (3,4) hours from the treatment of that pesticide while the mortality rate was (100,92.78)% in the concentration (0.50,0.25)ml respectively after four hour from the treatment.
