Abstract AR
جرى دراسة المسببات الجرثومية المرافقة لخمج السبيل البولي في النساء الحوامل حيث شملت الدراسة 120 عينة بول مأخوذة من نساء حوامل في أشهر مختلفة من الحمل.
تبين أن 100 عينة أظهرت نتائج ايجابية الزرع و بنسبة ( 88,3 %).
في حين أن 20 عينة و بنسبة (16,6 %) أعطت نتائج سلبية.
سجلت بكتريا أشريكيا القولون أعلى نسبة إصابة (65 %) تلتها بكتريا Klebsiella بنسبة (45 %) و أخيرآ Candida بنسبة (10 %) تمت دراسة حساسية البكتريا باتجاه المضادات الحيوية فوجد أن بكتريا E.coli تظهر حساسية عالية تجاه المضاد الحيوي Gentamicin بنسبة (81.5 %) و بكتريا Klebsiella تظهر حساسية عالية تجاه المضاد الحيوي Nalidix acid بنسبة (80 %).
Abstract EN
The aim of research is to study the bathogenic agent which associated with urine tissue infections in pregnant women .
The study include urine sample from 120 pregnant women in different months .One hundred sample was positive in culture media (81.5%)while 20 sample (16.6%) was negative . E.coli was the first causative agent of infection (65%) then klebsiella (45%) & Candida(10%) .
The antibiotic sensitivity was studyed for these bacteria and showed that Gentamicin was the most effective drug (81.5%) for E.coli.
and Nalidix acid was the most effective drug (80%) for klebsiella .
