The political and economic developments taking place in the advanced world will motivate developing countries to establish economic and regional blocs in order to serve its interests and enable itself to confront today's world which is a world of major economic blocs .The economic integration today has means agreed upon and most guaranteed by those interested in the subject of development to reach to considerable levels of economic development, and increase the welfare of the population no matter different are the methods, techniques and concepts used to express these means.

Building economic blocs among developing countries to keep pace with the spirit of the age requires the development of human resources, formation of skills, reducing the dependence on foreign aid, working to discard conflicts arising among developing countries, and taking serious steps toward building democratic institutions in order to achieve political stability and maintain gains.
