Abstract EN

This article aims at developing the legal framework for the press without limiting the freedom its practice in order to preserve the rights of individuals and society.

The goal is to achieve the balance between the rights of the press and others without limitation or to launch a right over an other through the mechanism of the right of reply and correction.

Also we tackle the impact and implications of the right of reply and correction on practice and the ability of the latter to contribute to the democratization of the States easily through a discourse of a balanced media.
