أجريت هذه الدراسة على أشجار الفيكس Ficus retusa لتحديد دور الفطريات المسببة لذبول هذه الأشجار، و في ثلاثة مواقع في مدينة بغداد هي شارع فلسطين و زيونة و الغدير.
و تم عزل الفطرين Pythium aphanidermatum (Edson.) Fitzp., Fusarium solani (Mart.) Sacc.
من جذور الأشجار المصابة، و أثبتت نتائج اختبار القدرة الامراضية أن الفطر Pythium aphanidermatum ذو قدرة عالية للإصابة و ظهرت فروقات معنوية (P = 0.05) في معاملات الشتلات الملوثة بالفطرين مقارنة بمعاملات المقارنة و باختلافات متباينة ما بين المواقع.
أظهرت عوامل المقاومة الإحيائية Paecilomyces lilacinus (Thom) Samson, Trichoderma harzianum Rifai.
قوة تضاد عالية مع الفطرين الممرضين، و لا سيما مع الفطر F.
solani إذ بلغ 1.6 و 2 على التوالي.
Abstract EN
An experiment was conducted on the causes of drying and death of the Ficus trees in three locations in Baghdad (Palastine street, Zaiyuna and Alghadieer).
The isolation from wilted trees resulted in specifying of Pythium aphanidermatum (Edson.)Fitzp., and Fusarium solani (Mart.) Sacc.
The pathogen Pythium aphanidermatum showed high pathogenicity with differences between locations.
Trichoderma harzianum Rifai., and Paecilomyces lilcianus (Thom) Samson,.
appeared efficient antagonism against both pathogens particularlyF.solani (1.6 and 2), respectively.
