Abstract EN

This study handles the definition of the required and the omitted as well as showing the difference between both of them, in addition to exploring the reason for this difference and providing the heavier opinion for this issue.

Within this research, there is a presentation of the Olama’s (Scientists) judges in terms of the generalization issue of the required and the evidence of the supporters and opponents for this generalization.

After discussing the evidence provided by both parties and their discussions, it was evident for me that the Hannifin’s opinion and their supporters is the most suitable in terms of the issue that the required has no generalization
