This paper handles Joint-Stock companies that run their business in illegal or prohibited methods from an Islamic perspective.

The crucial question here is : suppose that such empales intend to escape from what is forbidden in their transaction, what is the way out? and do these companies keep working with this intention? In order to answer this significant question.

The research defines the notion of “company” and its types in the Islamic jurisprudence.

The research also explicates the status of such companies & their funds resources against well-known lawful companies to jurisprudence.

It also offers a reasonable solution to such companies and their prohibited funds without affecting the local market, the labor of such companies and their owners because Islam cares about all of these factors.
