Abstract EN

This research aimed at investigating the legal evidences stated in the construction and residential structure with a dose examination in the jurists views in this subject in order to clarify the legitimate restrictions form where this legitimate dispatch comes and the ends it intend and consequently explores the legitimate standards judging the subject of construction and residential structure.

In order to achieve these purpose the researcher has depended on the inductive research to follow the legitimate evidences in this subject then recognizing the jurists view in juristic classification to be analyzed Stuped and analyzed in a form of standards and measures .

The researcher has come up with the results that construction houses in the sharia is based on protecting the divine rights and humanity rights together in order to achieve needs of residents and protects them from harm .
