Abstract EN

This study deals with the positive side of the dowry in building the Muslim family.

On the other hand, the study examines the negat^e manifestations and aspects, which might stand as barriers in the way of the dowry and cause damage to the Muslim family.

The high - level of the dowry is the most important issue that the study shows as a strange coneept that dose not belong to Sharia'a and the Islamic life.

Moreover, this research confributes / attempts to propose a number of solutions and suggestions in order to solve this problem or limit it.
