Abstract EN

Although it did not have the same terminology, the Theory of Despotism was found in the Islamic System from the beginning .It is as old as the Sharia itself that called for justiee.

Justice is one of the major bases that the Islamic System heavily depends upon.

Con^uently, this theory must have the measures and criteria that detemiine whether there is despotism or not.

In this research I made clear some of the tenns that are related to the Theory of Despotism.

Then, I talked about the measures of despotism from both the religion and law points of view.

I also talked about people who wangle in order to achieve unlawful things and in the same time causing the loss the loss of something lawfal.

I have concentrated in the research that the Sharia of Islam is the system ofjustice, that whenever and wherever injustice was found, it make it her duty to straighten, all of this with specified criteria and measures.
