Abstract EN

It was an important issue of prophet Mohammad’s Sira the discussion about the real reasons of why Bani qainuqa'a were forccd to be out of Al-Madina.

Many of those related contexts describe what had happened need to be studied deeply as well the need to be criticized and finally evaluated especially the part of story related to the aggression on the muslim's woman and the sequences of such story.

This paper was because of many Onentalist perspectives which tried to abuse thi؛ issue using some lies about what happened in order to give bad and wrong idea about prophet Mohammad's Sira.

This abuse had led many Islamic researchers to the confusion of miss-analyzed stadies about this issue.

Therefore the purpose of this study was to give a comprehensive academic view for the whole issue.

The results of this paper show that Bani Qainuqa'a were forced to leave Al-Madina because of many justified reasons such as : many aggressive acts toward Islamic society, making contacts with enemies of islam and islamic society and cooperation with the main enemy (Qura]sh), Hence the Islamic act of forcing them to be out of Al-Madina was a must for preventing such harmful activities.
