This study consists of two main.

Sections.

Section one deals with the notion of "One-man Company" in the Jordanian legal system, through examining the different, "Legal theories concerned, such as "Legal Personality", "One party's will", and financial capacity".

The second section deals with the various types of "One-man Company in the Jordanian company law, such as Limited Liability Company Public Limited Company and Private Limited Company.

This research concludes with some results and recommendations.
