The Heating-Cooling Degree Day is one of the Important Standardize to Study the Temperature and Climatic Change and Energy Consumption.

In This Study we Use TOM Degree Day Modeling With Some Slight Modifications in The East Of Saudi Arabia and Study The Relation ship Between Degree Day and Electric Consumptions The Results Of Study Shown The Best Base Effective Temperature in The Area is (70° F) in The Winter and (75°F) in summer.

TOM Model need Some Slight Modifications When Use it in Arid Zone.

Degree Day Can be good Estimate for Energy Requirement and Temperature- Climatic Change.

By along data Of Degree Day We Can Quantify Measurement Electrical, Fuel, Oil Consumption.
