The industry is considered as one of the most important area to trigger economic and social development in any country.

Interest in the industrial sector has grown with the Industrial Revolution of the eighteenth century and which has resulted of, in terms of evolution and economic and social changes in European countries, Japan, the United States of America and other countries called industrialized countries.

At present, science and technology are the basis for progress in our world.

Regardless of the definition of technology and technological innovation, no one can deny the impact of changes due to technology in this century, particularly in the industrial sector and this, in order to achieve economic growth and sustained competitive advantage in the global market.

Furthermore, advances in technology can be used as criteria to measure social and economic progress of any country.

Thus, technological development in the current situation and in light of the great challenges of the future, is one of the most important factors in any policy of industrialization because of its contribution to improving productive efficiency and cost minimization, which can increase business competitiveness, imperative imposed by global economic developments.
