This paper examines the experience of the floating library “Doulos” as a distinct and very special model of the mobile libraries, in terms of: history, design, parts, and the goal sailing for and moves from one port to another, in addition to the crew working on it and the tasks assigned to each of them, Finally, the activities and services that provided, with the study of the possibility to benefit from this experience in the Arab world.
