Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the psychological effects (positive and negative) influencing the information specialist who directly with computing in order to measure the extent of easiness in the information specialists’ life.

The study was conducted in two stages :the first, included an alteration on the cycle of general life through the topic of ( linguistic nervous programming) to make the library life cycle with the same five pillars represented by ( Spiritual, Personal, Social, Sanitary and Balance aspects.

The ranges for each pillar were apprximated from( 10 -100) to be able to measure and apply on the sample represented by the information specialists in the computing sections at Yarmouk University Libiry (Irbid) who really deal computing.

Second: the research questionnaire which included the study questions was designed and distributed to the concerned sample.

It appeared that there was a (careful) easiness in the movement of the first four pillars but it was not there in the fifth pillar (financial) which threatens the movement of the cycle which we like to move perfectly. This pillar has its clear effects on the action of the different jobs connected with it.

So the study recommends the need for further similar studies related to many studies such as linguist nervous programming and taking car of training and rehabilitating courses for librarians and library service users.
