The theme of women's rights does not only address female concerns, but goes beyond that to meet the islamic thought.

The controversy exists on behalf of this issue is attributed to the fact that the west has given the matter of women's rights more attention by creating international bodies basically work for this purpose.

Thus, this study demonstrates the status of women in Islam.

This is compared with what the west claims about women's rights.

In addition, the study strives to correct misconceptions about basic principles among Muslims such as testimony, custodianship and inheritance.
