Influence of the dominant strategic power in political Speech A practical Study in obamas political Speech The Political speech Regarded as an important element for the making of the stat ,weather in its formation ,the structure of it s entity , its political system and it s governmental instruments. The search aimed to study: 1- the deferent means of Political speech and Strategic Analysis for its power. 2- What are the relationship between the Strategic power of Political speech and the success of the leaders. 3- what is the influence of Strategic Analysis of Political speech in Obamas success. In order to achieve the goal of this study ,the researcher include a theoretically and practically sides. So ,part one devoted to contain the basic concepts and principles of the variables that has been mentioned to before .
