Abstract EN

The abstract of this research will be in an introduction, preface, two units, and the final. The introduction concerns the need of people to one another, the importance of testimony in repulsion of grievances for confirming the rights, and the differences between men and women in many cases don't imply in necessity insulting the women, but it's God's wisdom. The preface concerns : j) the meaning of testimony in term and in language, I discussed these meanings and chose one of them and I mentioned the reason behind this choose m) what are meant by non financial affairs . Unit one concerns the jurists' opinions about women's testimony in non financial affairs in three chapters: in chapter one I mentioned the agreeing scholars' evidences from Quran, Sunna, traditions, juristic reasoning, and mind. In chapter two I mentioned the preventer's evidences from Quran, Sunna, traditions, juristic reasoning, and mind. In chapter three I discussed the two side's evidences, then mentioned the preferable opinion and the reasons behind this preference. Unit two concerns the jurist's opinions about the women's testimony alonaway from men in three chapters. in chapter one I mentioned the jurists' opinions about three women's testimony plus the claimer's oath, I also mentioned the evidences for each side and decided the preferable one.
