شكل العنصر الشعبي أو يمكن أن يسمى بالقاعدة الشعبية، قطب الرحى في العمليات العسكرية التي كانت تقوم بها الدولة الأندلسية، فقد وجدت هذه الدولة أن سياستها العسكرية لا يكتب لها النجاح ولا يمكن أن تحافظ على مكتسباتها إلا بمعونة و مساعدة هذا العنصر.
و لإيجاد بحث يدرس الموقف الشعبي من العمليات العسكرية في الأندلس أقدمنا على كتابة هذا البحث، الذي جاء في مبحثين أساسيين : المبحث الأول درس الاندفاع الشعبي للجهاد و هو انقسم إلى قسمين الأول الدفاع الذاتي عن المدن، و الثاني : التطوع في الحملات التي تجهزها الدولة.
أما المبحث الثاني : فجاء بعنوان : دور الدولة في استنهاض الموقف الشعبي، و هو أيضا انقسم إلى قسمين، الأول : إصدار الأوامر بالجهاد، و الثاني : التأكيد على فاعلية الجوانب المالية.
Abstract EN
T he popular attitudes from the the Chirstian attacks on Andalus until the end of Al- Amiryyan state (114-399 H./ 732-1008 A.C.) The popular factor or popular base constituted the centre for military operations which Andalusian state carried out.This state found that its military operations would not be successful or be able to maintain its achievements unless with the help of the popular factor.
The aim of this research is to study the popular factor from military operations in Andalus.It falls into two main sections.The first investigates the popular motivation to Jihad which divides into two types:cities self-defense and volunteering in statesupported campaigns.
The second section entitled,(The role of state in provoking the popular attitude) is reflected in two sides:issuing jihad decrees and the emphasis on the influential of financial inspects.
