لقد كان الغرض من هذا البحث الوصفي التعرف على بعض الحقائق عن وضوح تدريس العلوم الزراعية في كلية الزراعة-جامعة الموصل.
و شمل البحث 692 طالبا و طالبة أجابوا على أداة البحث التي تضمنت عشرين فترة استخدمت لتحديد مستوى وضوح تدريس 76 مدرسا و مصادره و انعكاساته على أداء طلبتهم.
و أظهرت نتائج التحليل أن النسبة الأعلى من المدرسين كان مستوى وضوح تدريسهم متدنيا نتج عن ضعف أداءهم في اغلب فقرات أداة البحث وفقا لإدراك طلبتهم.
كما أظهرت النتائج تحقيق طلبة المدرسين الأكثر وضوحا مستويات أداء أفضل من أداء طلبة المدرسين الأقل وضوحا.
هذه النتائج تشير إلى ضرورة إعادة النظر في مناهج التعليم الزراعي العليا منها خاصة لكافة الأقسام لتتضمن إضافة إلى مواد التخصص العلمية موادا لها علاقة بتخصصهم المشترك في المستقبل كمدرسين للعلوم الزراعية و تنظيم دورات تدريبيه أثناء الخدمة الهدف منها رفع الكفاءة التدريسية للمدرسين من خلال التعرف على الأساليب و الطرائق الحديثة في تدريس العلوم الزراعية و ممارستها.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this descriptive study was to get some information about teaching clarity at the college of agriculture-Mosul University.
692 students participated in responding to an instrument designed to measure their perceptions of teaching clarity of 76 agri–science teachers, and its reflections on their academic achievement.
The study pointed out that a considerable proportion of agri-science teachers have a low teaching clarity resulted from low performance on the instrument items as perceived by their students .The results also showed that ,students' achievement of high clarity teachers were better than students 'achievement of low clarity teachers.
Based on the findings, it is important to develop an agricultural education curriculum, which include a courses relevant to their common career as an agricultural instructors .
