عزلت بكتريا Bacillus من المناطق المحيطة بجذور مختلف أنواع النباتات و اختبرت قدرة هذه البكتريا على إنتاج الهرمون النباتي حامض الخليك الاندولي IAA, إذ وجد أن جميع العزلات لها قابلية على إنتاج هذا المركب و وجد إن العزلة 12BS امتلكت أعلى إنتاجية و بتركيز بلغ 8.4 مايكروغرام/مل.
و قد وجد إن لهذه العزلة قابلية على إذابة الفوسفات و إنتاج الامونيا و تثبيت النتروجين .شخصت هذه العزلة على أنها Bacillus licheniformis اختبرت قابلية هذه العزلة على تحسين نمو نبات الذرة إذ استخدمت هذه البكتريا على شكل لقاح سائل و لقاح جاف و تم إضافة البكتريا إلى التربة وجد إن للعزلة ١٢BS قابلية على تحسين النمو و ذلك من خلال زيادة طول الساق و طول الجذر و الوزن الجاف و نسبة المغذيات مقارنة بمعاملة السيطرة.
Abstract EN
The Bacillus was isolated from Rhizosphere of different plants.
All the isolates have the ability to produce Indole Acetic Acid (IAA) and the BS 12 has the efficient strain in the IAA production with 8.4 μg / ml, this strain is able to produce Ammonia, solubilize phosphate and fix the Nitrogen and it belongs to Bacillus licheniformis The BS 12 has able to improve the maize growth by enhance to germination percent, shoot high, root high, dry mass and nutrient concentration comparing to control.
