Abstract EN

The research aims at demonstrating the importance of women’s work and its role in the discovering and development the trends of the female - students of the College of Education for Women toward working .

The research community includes the students of the College of Education for Women / University of Baghdad, in all its departments .

The research involves a sample of about (150) students of the fourth year , chosen randomly .

The questionnaire is the device used to achieve the goals of the research, in addition to the bag of SPSS statistical analysis to process the data.

The main important findings of the research has been the existence of the positive trend among the members of the sample chosen ;the T value has been (24, 398) as functioning when compared to tabular value (1.96) with a degree of freedom of (149) and a level of significance of (0,05).

All the items of the questionnaire has got a high relative importance between (94% ) and ( 72%) with the members of the sample .
