تم التحري عن قدرة عزلات Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae المعزولة من حالات التهاب التجويف الأنفي على انتاج حاملات الحديد التي تعد أحد عوامل الضراوة الااساسية في احداث الاصابة استخدمت طريقة (Rrogers 1973) لاستخلاص حاملات الحديد ثم اجري الاختبار الكيميائي و الحيوي للكشف عن حاملات الحديد, و أظهرت النتائج قابلية جميع العزلات المدروسة على انتاج حاملات الحديد مما يؤكد دورها في إمراضية هذة الجراثيم.
Abstract EN
The ability of Staphylococcus aureus,Klebsiella.pneumoniae isolated from rhinitis cases to produce siderophores as avirulence factor was estimated.
Rogers method used for extraction of siderophores and then the chemical and biological assay performed to detect siderophore.The results showed ability of all strains to produce siderophores which confirmed its roles in pathogenesis.
