Abstract EN

Alb Arslan ruled the Suljukian state for nearly ten years, characterized by power, dignity, justice, and achievement depending on a successful and wise way that accomplished a lot of achievements in at least the interior fields.

This paper indicates to the administrative policy that the Sultan used relying on loyal and expert people, and he had had strict attitude towards everyone harm the unity, dignity and strength of the state, by confronting rebellious, outlaw and defeat their conspiracies.

all Moreover he attempted to built good relations with Abbasid's Caliphate, and with the kings and the princes of Muslims regions, he also used with the people a policy that depends on kindness, guardianship, support and giving them assistance, and punished everyone who transgresses on their own rights strictly using justice and fairness in treating with them.

This paper also dealt with his interesting in science and scientists and spreading culture, besides, he encourages building movement in all the state.

however, his attitude towards intrigues and gossips was following a special method to face and destroy them, regardless of his attitude from crown head to keep the unity of the country and to avoid disputes.

At last, the paper talked about the accident of his martyrdom, and the evaluation of the historians to his policy and praising him on his justice, fairness and achievements.
