Abstract EN

This research tackles the role of the Iranian reforming stream in the political life between the two years 1997-2003, where this stream invaded the Iraian elections in May 1997 and its candidate Mohammed Khatamy held the presidency of the Iranian government and during the period of the reformer controlling on the sites of ruling, where they seek for constituting a strong reforming policy on the twe levels, the external and internal.

so, on the internal level this stream tries to insert much of the reformations on the many of political pivots in Iran, which arerestricting and repealing the position of (jurists rule) and belittling the jurisdictions of the higher instructorbesides the following up of new economic policies for constituting the Iranian economy.

as for the external level, the Iranian government has succeeded in the reforming reign to constitute a wide net of foreign relationships on the twe levels the national and regional, which in their turns achievedmuch of profits to Iran.
