This study deals with the Roman Emperor Tiberius during the era (42 BC- 37), and more precisely The life of the Emperor from his birth until his death.

For more than two thousand years, ascended the throne of Rome, second Roman emperors; named Tiberius Claudius.

The number of roman nationals was more than one hundred million people.

Tiberius was a miserly tyrant, skewed, a serial killer, but the empire settled and flourished their economics during his reign.

The study focused on the birth of Tiberius, his education, upbringing, culture, features of his character, isolation on the island of Rhodes and the circumstances that led him towards the throne of the empire after the death of the first Roman emperors Augustus.

Also the most important events during the period he assumed the throne and then his retiring on the island of Capri, and finally his death after the reign lasted twenty-three years (14-37).

So he was the best ruler of the Roman Empire.
