أجريت هذه التجربة في حقول الإنتاج الحيواني التابعة إلى قسم تقنيات الإنتاج الحيواني في المعهد التقني / الشطره للفترة من 10/11/2010 إلى 23/1/2011.
ستة جداء محلية بعمر 5-6 أشهر قسمت إلى مجموعتين بواقع ثلاثة جداء في كل مجموعة و غذيت بطريقة التغذية الفردية (Individual Feeding) في العليقتين التجريبيتين T1,T2 و قدم العلف لها بنسبة 4 % من الوزن الحي و ذلك لدراسة تأثير إضافة 20كغم / طن علف من مسحوق رايزومات الزنجبيل Zingiber officinal على بعض الصفات الدمية (تركيز الهيموكلوبين، خلايا الدم البيضاء حجم خلايا الدم المرصوصة) و بعض الصفات الكيموحيوية (سكر الكلوكوز، البروتين الكلي، كوليسترول الدم، يوريا الدم) إلى العليقة المقدمة على شكل أقراص (Pellets) و لثلاث فترات تجريبية الفترة الأولى P1 في اليوم 25 و الفترة الثانية P 11 في اليوم 50 و الفترة الثالثة p 111 في اليوم 75.
و في نهاية التجربة حللت بيناتها "إحصائيا" وفق النظام الإحصائي الجاهز SPSS و قد أظهرت النتائج التالية :- 1.
بعض الصفات الدمية :- حصول ارتفاع معنوي (P<0.05) لدى الجداء المعاملة بالزنجبيل (T2) في عدد خلايا الدم البيضاء للفترة الثانية (P11) و هذا يساهم في زيادة مناعة الحيوان و مقاومته للأمراض و بالتالي المحافظة على صحته.
و لم يلاحظ ارتفاع معنوي في صفتي تركيز الهيموكلوبين و حجم خلايا الدم المرصوصة.

بعض الصفات الكيموحيوية :- وجود انخفاض معنوي P<0.05 لدى الجداء المعاملة بمسحوق رايزومات الزنجبيل (T2) في مستوى سكر الكلوكوز للفترة الثالثة P3 و انخفاض معنوي P < 0.05 لدى الجداء المعاملة بالزنجبيل (T2) في انخفاض مستوى الكوليسترول في الفترتين الأولى و الثالثة P1,P111.
و لم تحصل فروقات معنوية في مستوى البروتين الكلي و يوريا الدم.
Abstract EN
This study was conducted in the barn which belongs to the department of animal production / Technical Institute of Shatra , at the period ( 10/11/2010 – 23/1/2011 ) .
Six local male goats were used in the study , the range of their age is between 5 – 6 monthes , these goats which be divided in to two groups , any one of these groups include 3 animals , and were fed by 4% of living weight as an individual feeding .
The ration contained 2% of Ginger roots which be added to one group when the ration which be fed to another group was empty from it .
To realize the effect of the Ginger roots on the blood properties (Haemoglobin concentration , Bloods cholesterol , WBC and PCV ) and some biochemical properties ( Glucose , Total protein and Urea ) .
The results showed significant (P < 0.05) increase in WBC of goats which be fed by Ginger root compaired with the control animals .This may lead to enhancement of immunity of goats to resist many infection disease and helth maintenance .
No significant differences between treatments and control animals in haemoglohin and PCV.
Treated animals with Ginger showed significant ( P<0.05) reduction in blood glucose during P111.
So there is a significant reduction in the blood cholesterol during P1 and P111 while there is reduction in P11 put it is non significant in addition to there were no significant (P<0.05) differences in blood protein and urea levels between treated and un treated goats .
