However, as a result of the increasing number of bounced cheques at the banks, the payee has the right to ensuring his right by all legal avenues.

Therefore, the certified cheque was accredited.

Once the bank certifies the cheque it enters the banking relationship which gives the payee the guarantee to collect his money - considering the fact that the Bank is banking institution which has adequate security in banking field.

At the meantime, the drawer cannot withdraw the money deposited for the account of the certified cheque, that ensures the guarantee and contentment of the payee.
