Abstract EN

Invemtions are considered one of the most important issue of intellectual property.

So, the Jordanian legistator issued a special law to organize the law of intellectnal property of inventions.

He has also gave the priority for these invertion and attached it to the law of labor so as to gurantee the protection of their rights.

This study aims to determine the extent of harmony delivered by Jordanian legislator and the regnlations of the worker’s rights of inventions in both of the two laws.

It also aims to study the opposition of these laws and the workers’ rights; in addition to studying the ways of removing thes contradiction.

It also tries to state which law is primary in application.

It will also state the compatibility of these rules and the civil law.
