Abstract EN

This Present study aimed to investigate the degree of implementing the principles of knowledge economy by secondary school teachers in Jordan.

The study also aimed to find out if there are statistically significant differences in implementation according to the following variables: sex, academic level, and teaching experience.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consists of (49) items was developed.

Reliability and consistency of the tool was established , then it was distributed to (860) teachers who were random by using chosen stratified sampling approach.

The results revealed that the degree of implementing the principles of knowledge economy by secondary school teachers was high in general.

There was statistically significant difference in implementation among teachers according to their sex (in favor of females), the education level (in favor of those having higher degrees than bachelor’s), and to their teaching experiences (in favor of those having less than 5 year teaching experience).
