Abstract EN

This study tries to approximate the poetics of space in the literary and critical field according to a number of contemporary western and Arab specialists.

Their conception of space is formed, as I can tend, of time, place and man.

This conception is influenced by other fields of knowledge such as the modern and contemporary scientific field and more especially by the relativity theory.

To shed more light on this conception, the study addresses in brief some issues and concepts such as: The concept of space in language, philosophy as well as the relativity of universe theories, in the Arab thought and creativeness, the difference between space and place, its relation to time, its most distinctive characteristics and directions in the poetic narration ,…etc.

the study conducts with approving the aforementioned conception emphasizing its maturity considering it a critical procedure, in approximating the literacy text and specifically it narrative one.

Its one of the literacy of critical discourse elements of one of the creativeness techniques.
