تم إجراء اختبار الحساسية للمضادات الحيوية لعدد 32 نوع من السالمونيلا المعزولة من الإنسان و الحيوان (الأبقار و العجول) في منطقة قناة السويس.
و تبين أن اغلبها مقاوم للعديد من المضادات الحيوية و بإجراء اختبار عزل البلازميد كانت نسبة وجود البلازميد (59.4 %) و بإجراء تفاعل أنزيم البلمرة عديد التسلسل للعزلات موجبة البلازميد وجد أنها تحمل blaCMY الجين المسئول عن المقاومة للبنيسيلن، السيفادروكسيل و السيفاكسيم بنسبة 100 %.
Abstract EN
Thirty two Salmonella serovar were isolated from human, animal (dairy cows and calves) and environment in Suez Canal area and tested for their antibiotic resistance.
The prevalence of multiple antibiotics resistance was high especially to β-lactams antibiotics.
Plasmid profile showed 19 (59.4 %) of the total 32 isolates had one or more plasmid ranging from 1.2 to 5.2 Kbp.
Detection of bla TEM and blaCMY-2 like β-lactamase mediated plasmid, by PCR all 19 serovar were positive generated a single 1.1 Kb amplified DNA fragment, on 1 % agarose gel.
