The Samitic Languages including the akkadian began to be written after it used to be spoken during the historical periods and cultural domination .

These groups of Language started to be widely used especially the Aromeans dialect after the domination of the Akkadian .

The term Samitic language is used to refer to all its dialects which dominated for a long time in ancient Mesopotamia .

It had been divided into a number of stages according to periods during which it dominated whether old, middle, neo or late .

This study tackles the passive voice depending on a comparative grammar associated with the old Babylonian dialect (2000 – 1600 B .
