Abstract EN

This research deals with Israeli-African relations at several levels, precisely at the security- military and economic ones because these fields play an important role in the Israeli policy.

The research, then, focuses upon the Israeli relations with the states of east Africa that share borders with Egypt and Sudan, and have important interests with Israel.

It has been divided into four sections: section one addresses the Israeli tools which include security- military support, the existence of the Israeli experts in military, security and intelligence, inside the national institutes of those countries.

The aim of the direct military existence is to facilitate the cooperation with these countries.

The security - military cooperation is embodied in selling Israeli weapons and different equipments for African states in general, and for Nile countries in specific.

The second section deals with Israeli relation with the African horn countries and the region of great lakes which Israel is interested to have a relation with.

Section three shows Israel attitude towards Sudan, especially its support to the previous southern rebellion movementin Darfur, what increases of cooperation between them to fight the armed Islamic groups, and the Iranian influence.

The final section analyzes the economic cooperation that serves the military – security field without belittling the importance of economic relations and theirs benefit for Israel, side by side with Africans will to exploit their sources.
