Abstract EN

God has prepared for the Islamic nation great men .

They spend their lives for science and knowledge to serve the Islam.

They put their minds and their time to carry the message of Islam and to inform this message in honest and loyal way to all the Moslems in the east and west .

One of those intelligent and intellects was Imam Abo Hanifa AlNou'man, the jurist of Iraq, the man who establish the Hanafi doctrine and the establisher of the opinion school, who made a special style in Islamic legislation.

He took the rules in an easy way taking into consideration the Moslems circumstances and their capabilities.

Abo Hanifa takes the measurement as a way to solve the juridical problems according to the Holy Quran and the prophet's Sunna, knocking the door of assiduousness hoping to find what he wants to the goodness of Islamic nation .

His pioneer in all this is the Prophet and his household and following the trace of the Prophet's companions .

In spite of what he has achieved of success in the science of sharia, but he says humbly : "our science is an opinion if anyone finds something better that it we will take it" .

Abo Hanifa left a great heritage in the science of sharia put it in a doctrine known by his name.

The Islamic nation is enlightened by his science and make use of his analyses and his results .

Millions of Muslims imitate him for his doctrine has vitality and elasticity and un-intensity in the sharia rules; therefore he has accompanied the movement of the development of the time.
