Abstract EN

The research has dealt with small industry projects in Iraq from 1993 to 2006 because of its importance on the Iraqi economy .

The research has clarified the concept of small industry projects , its structure , features , importance and its growth measure.

It has been found out tat the industrial growth of this industry was weak throughout his period Iraq.

Small industry projects are characterized of being isolated from the external surroundings , low funding and foreign gods competition .

Hence , small industry project should be protected and relations should be held with the industries of the socialist sector of the same industrial activity .

there should also be committees whose am is to support these small industry project and encourage small investors in cities and villages to construct factories away from main cities like Baghdad in order for industry not to centralize in these and no other ones .
