أجريت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة التغيرات الدموية لحالات فقر الدم في خيول نادي الفروسية في بغداد.
تم جمع (151) عينة من الدم من كلا الجنسين (ذكور 74 و إناث 77) و بأعمار مختلفة و بصورة عشوائية.
و شملت الدراسة عد كريات الدم و حساب حجم خلايا الدم المرصوص و عد خلايا الدم البيض الكلي و العد التفريقي لخلايا الدم البيض و فحص المسحات الدموية.
كما شملت الدراسة حساب معدل ترسيب كريات الدم الحمر.
أظهرت الدراسة زيادة في خلايا الدم البيض العدلهمر أفقا للانخفاض الحاصل في عدد كريات الدم الحمر و خضاب الدم و كذلك ارتفاع معدلات ترسيب كريات الدم الحمر.
بينما أظهرت المسحات الدموية وجود الشكل المميز و الطبيعي لكريات الدم الحمر مع أشكالها المختلفة.
English Abstract
This study was conducted to know thehematological changes of anemia in horsesat equestrian club in Baghdad.
Blood samples were collected from 151 horses of both sexes(74 male and 77 female) and different agesrandomly.
The study includedred blood cells count, white blood cells, hemoglobin, packed cell volume and differential blood smears, togetherwith erythrocyte sedimentation rate readings.
The study showed increased white blood cells count mainly neutrophilwith decreased hemoglobinand red blood cell countin addition to erythrocyte sedimentation rate.The blood smears showeddifferent changes of red blood cell.
