Abstract EN

The importance of consulting has recently emerged as a result of the tremendous development witnessed by the world in all as spects of life: political, economic, social, health and so on.

Therefore, this study aimed at demonstrating the concept of consultancy contracts, types and adapted in light of the jurisprudence of Islamic law.

The main findings of this study include that the consultancy contracts are examples of lease contracts (contracts of agency paid), and thus are subject to the terms of the lease contract with its provisions, whien is the view of some jurists.
