This research deals with the concept of religion and being religious due to the significance these two concepts carry in eliminating several negative images about Islam.

In addition , this research arms at unmasking the two concepts through revealing their meaning, then the difference between religion and being religious, and the reason of discrepancies in being religious, and the consequences of what they carry of features and effects and how to get rid of this difficult situation in which we created such this distance away from original zing our concept Perhaps this research would much reveal the role of Sharia Scholars in particular in eliminating the gap between religion and human understanding of religion, then practical application of these two concepts where the most of disorder takes place.
