The development of the technical education is very important to be with modern world by using the different applications of electronics learning to development the teaching and training to find the best quality students .

The aims of research is doing a comparative study for the effect of three technical styles in the doing of laboratorial experiments upon the students achievement and their practical skills.

The sample consist of (60 ) students in first glass in electrical techniques at technical institute of Nasiriah at ( 2010 – 2011 ) which divided to the four equivalent groups three experimental and one control in electrical circuits and measurements and seven laboratory experiments .

The researchers limited the aims of research and choose the material and building the teaching plans and built the final theoretical test and the instrument of the practical skills and doing the psychometrical characteristic to them .

One of researchers supervisor on laboratory training to each group .The control group using the traditional method in laboratory and the first experimental group using power point by computer before doing the laboratory experimental and the second experimental group using the video record by data show before doing the laboratory experimental and the third experimental group using the electrical circuits designer program to the students get additional and explanation information about the experimental before doing it .The research continue seven weeks which using the laboratory experimental reports and the instrument of practical skills and in the end applied the final practical test and final theoretical test on three groups students and analysis their finding by using the suitable statistical methods .

The research reach that the supremacy the second experimental group students in the sum of laboratory experimental reports and final practical test and final theoretical test and total achievement and in the instrument of practical skills than the first experimental group students and the third experimental group students and control group students at series .

that’s mean we can using e – learning technical styles to development the laboratory training operation in the foundations of higher education and the research found some of suggestions to doing another integrated researches .
